1. 30-day refund window
You may request a full refund of any subscription charge within 30 days of the date that charge was made. This applies to first-time subscription payments and to annual renewals. No reason is required.
2. How to request a refund
Email info@aidrillcard.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form on our Contact page. Include your shop name and the date of the charge.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments for AI Drill Card Manager are processed by Stripe on behalf of Bowlers Depot 2 LLC. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. We review requests within 2 business days; once approved, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a refund
A refunded subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends. Your stored customers, drill cards, and images remain available for export for 30 days after cancellation so nothing is lost.
5. Free trial
The 10-day free trial is not charged, so no refund is needed. Cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you may have under consumer law in your country, including EU/UK withdrawal rights.
