The rules of the road

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Plain-English summary: Use the app for your bowling shop, pay the yearly subscription, and don't misuse it. You own your data; we provide the software as-is and keep it running. There's a 30-day refund window, and either side can end the agreement.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bowlers Depot 2 LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as "AI Drill Card Manager" ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of our website at aidrillcard.com and the application at bowlers-card-archive.lovable.app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Drill Card Manager is a tool for bowling pro shops to store customer information and ball drilling specifications, including a feature that reads photos of drill cards and converts them into digital records. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One subscription covers a single shop; your staff may use it, but you're responsible for their use.

4. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $39.95 per year, per shop, following any free trial we offer. By subscribing, you authorize Bowlers Depot 2 LLC, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each subscription term. Payments, billing, invoicing, applicable sales tax, and refunds are handled through Stripe, and your order is subject to Stripe's consumer terms.

  • Free trial: If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your account. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid term.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of a charge by emailing info@aidrillcard.com. Refunds are not available after 30 days from the charge date. This does not limit any refund rights you may have under applicable law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
  • Price changes: We may change the price for future terms with reasonable advance notice.

5. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the customer information, drilling data, and photos you put into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content, including having the right to collect and store information about your customers. Our handling of Your Content is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful or to store data you have no right to store
  • Attempt to access another shop's account or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the security of the Service
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission

7. The AI scanning feature

The photo-scanning feature uses automated technology (the Google Gemini API) to read drill cards, and it will not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the extracted information before relying on or saving it. We are not responsible for drilling decisions made from scanned or stored data. Details about how uploaded images are processed are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend the Service if needed to protect its security or integrity.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Service, or any data it produces (including scanned card data), will be accurate or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Drill Card Manager will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
